Our shared memories

July 1 — July 6

Gathering to remember Joanne

There is not one parking spot left at Joanne’s reception. Cars are parked up and down the streets in Crysler.

The end of a beautiful evening at the farm….

Danny making bacon & eggs for the gang

Opening gifts at the breakfast table

Fighting over who drives the tractor.

There are 2 card circles going at the same time.

Kids playing in the wheat field.

All of them gathered for a photo.

The heat and humidity of the last 2 days broke today so it’s really comfortable outside. What great luck!

Cheers, brassieres, and all the rest.

Doris and Monica feed the gang.

Sunday was supposed to be a quiet night… …but not everything goes according to plan Every generation was dancing Uncle Bryan was seen backing that ass up You know it’s a good party when the sun rises

The light in the front garden makes these cool shadows. Visible only at night. This is the garden at the front of the driveway. The one with the O’Donohue Family century farm sign.

Installed in 2022, the wind turbines are a new sight since the last family reunion. The air this weekend was filled with conversations about the new turbines. Some like them, others don’t, but everyone is interested. What do you think?

On this perfect afternoon we played cornhole, frisbee, and cards. The temperature was pleasantly cool at about 23 degrees C. The sun was bright and the sky blue. Nick, Tom, Shane, and Bryan playing Euchre. Some things never change. When asked who won the Euchre game afterwards, Tom said “who do you think?” Rhys playing…

Rhys and Ash traveling in style

Michael treated us to some fireworks on Saturday night I got a picture of the crowd but none of the fireworks themselves!

Kevin ordered pizza for everyone And it stopped raining!

There was some rain on Saturday afternoon. We stayed dry to have lunch.
